One feature that i would definitely appreciate would be the ability to view the current version side by side with any previous version. this would not really fit the UI you have…but…i think it would be nice.

And we definitely have some ideas on how to add it to Ulysses. Still if we want to do it *right* – and you might imagine that we always wanted to do things *right* – it will be a heavy feature that will not come in a free 2.x update. Still, we are anxious for all thoughts you might have :)

but i have a question/feature request. Is there any plan to include a sort of version control? I have read the forums and see that Git and other VC solutions can be made to work, but i am leery of adding more to the mix indefinitely… especially terminal based solutions.

I understand that there are other programs out there, one of which i use, but–other than this version issue–seems like a better fit.
