Ulysses 2.0: Modify height of console

    In addition to the width, I would like to be able to modify the height of the console to accommodate about 7 lines. My motivation, is that I tend to spend more time editing than writing when I can see the full page of text I've already written. Is this possible?

    No, changing the height is not possible. We decided against using the maximum screen space as we found it visually more appealing. And you can use the space for things like the hud panel.

    If we can adjust the width (which is a wonderful feature), how difficult is it to add the option to adjust the height? Just curious.

    I guess Max just meant to say that it is not possible right now. As in "you can't, currently". It's not difficult, we just didn't built it in, and we may never do so.

    My motivation is that writing while viewing only a few lines of text makes for a very different writing experience. Much like writing longhand, the writer doesn't obsess with editing and revising. I haven't found a program that does this on Mac, and have been using an Alphasmart Neo for this purpose. I only point it out, because I really like using Ulysses, it would be a minor change, and the option would further differentiate Ulysses as an awesome flexible program.
