    Hi all

    Wouldn't it be nice to have a custom header and footer on every page the PDF exports provides?
    It is possible right now to include the page numbers in the export which is a fine thing. I would like to include my name, title, contact data, etc. on every page as well. Do you see a possibility to implement that?
