No, there are no features that require Leopard. Currently the only known thing is the registration and this will be fixed soon. The most important reason why we dropped Tiger support is that Ulysses does not look as polished under Tiger as it does under Leopard. For example the console mode notes are quite unusable without glossy windows. The second reason was that we do not run any machine with Tiger here. Only with a relatively large effort we were able to make it run on Tiger again. We're therefor unable to provide the quality of support that our users expect.

Yes, as you can see there are a lot of tiny things that keep the ball from rolling. It it usable but not as good as you'd expect from us. This is why we dropped the official support. Maybe we can fix some of there issues in the coming releases.
Yeah, that's the sacrifice a dev has to do in the release week :)
