    I almost feel bad complaining about this because I'm just waiting for a cool app while you really put work into this thing (not to mention the financial aspects), but:

    Right. The iPhone OS 3.2 (which comes with the iPad but not the iPhone) has some improvements over the older versions. However, we believe that there will be hardly any feasible solution for us right now other than rewriting half the iPhone OS.

    wel, it's in beta and lies around. This makes us really sad. I will talk to some guys at Apple whether does exist a solution to our problems or not...

    good news on the rise: I found some new niceties that might make it possible for us to realize Ulysses mobile. They were introduced in iPhone OS 3.2 and I had overseen them before. But probably it's now about time to give them a shot. Could turn out to be the real thing...

    Don't expect too much for now, though. We'll have to see how things work out.

    I just wanted to chime in that I would love to see Ulysses on my iPad. I've been a long time user and I'm a huge fan of the original version.

    My requirements are simpler ;) I don't see myself editing on my iPhone & don't have an iPad or plan to get one in the foreseeable future. However I still do a lot of my writing long hand on the train and in cafe's and I'd love a way for Ulysses Mobile to let me read what I'd written the night before. Oh and world peace would be nice.
