    Hey guys,

    we finally have our public Beta for the Web Export ready and we'd like you to try it out yourself! To grab a copy, simply download the dmg file and follow the instruction in the ReadMe. Please remember that this is a beta, so there might still some problems or even crashes.

    If you notice any kind of bugs, or have feature requests or comments and ideas, please file them to our bugtracker. You can also just drop us a line here..

    Thank you all for your support! Götz

    I've had some crashes, but exporting the Web Export Documentation works swell, so I'm wondering what's made the problems for me.
    I'll see if I can figure it out.

    Is there a way to get from a Reference back to the spot in the page that links to the Reference?

    Forgot to add: using Safari I get two scroll bars for 'Style Actions' page of (exported) Web Export Documentation.

    Bug tracker requires password and doesn't like mine, by the way.

    Thanks,
    James

    Thank you for your feedback!

    We'd be happy if you could send the crash report (you can usually find it in ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Ulysses_2010-xxx.crash) and the crashing project to support@the-soulmen.com. You don't need to send the whole project, just include the document(s) that produce the crash (needless to say, we will keep the content of the project confidential).

    Adding back references to the documents is not easy, since a reference can occur in more than one document. But you can also edit or duplicate the Template (check "Creating Custom Templates" in the Documentation) and add a link that looks something like

    <a href="javascript:history.back()">Back</a>

    to the Reference html file. When that link is clicked, the browser will go back one step in history and take you back to the page where you came from.

    About the bugtracker: you need to create a new account (there's a link at the bottom of the bugtracker).
