Ulysses 2.0: Handling Multi-paragraph Block Quotes in LaTeX Export?

    Hi all-

    I'm exporting a document from Ulysses to LaTeX that contains sequences of (block) quotations. At first blush, Ulysses appears to format this as:

    \begin{quotation}
    paragraph 1
    \end{quotation}
    \begin{quotation}
    paragraph 2
    \end{quotation}
    \begin{quotation}
    paragraph 3
    \end{quotation}

    Instead of:

    \begin{quotation}
    paragraph 1
    paragraph 2
    paragraph 3
    \end{quotation}

    so it results in excessive spacing between paragraphs.

    Obviously, I could edit this stuff out of the LaTeX file, but haven't discovered an elegant way to handle this in Ulysses.

    Is there a technique that already accommodates this issue?

    Well, once again, to respond to my own question, it seems that LaTeX's

    \begin{quotation}
    \end{quotation}

    is considered an "environment," and not really a "paragraph style." So treating it as such in Ulysses exports what would be semantically expected.

    The LaTeX quotation environment might be better handled as a "markup style," I guess, but I'm not sure that's what the Soul Men intended markup to mean.

    (A further observation: once you get into editing the LaTeX template, it's unclear to me whether you can create anything other than inline or paragraph markup. I won't have time to experiment with this until later...)
