May I request a couple very minor yet valuable shortcuts? Since Ulysses uses tabs for documents, I find that I automatically expect to be able to switch between them using the more standard keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab. Without wishing to change the existing shortcuts, could these perhaps be added to Command+Shift+left/right arrows?

More importantly, I discovered that it's not possible to check multiple documents at once during export. With projects becoming very large it's quite a pain to have to check off a dozens of documents one by one. Even if many are highlighted in the export window, clicking one box only checks that document. This seems to be an oversight; hopefully it can be fixed easily.

    Re: the last request-

I believe if you Option-click, you can check (or uncheck) everything in the list. Might be an Apple UI convention; works on other lists aussi...

Re: Tab switching, I believe there is no standard way to switch tabs. If I remember correctly, we used Safari's shortcuts, and Apple changed them one day. Also, we need a way to switch input focus from Editor to Notes and so on, and these are usually performed by tabbing, or, if tab stops can be inserted, by Command-Tabbing, which we use. So that's a standard here.

We'll rethink shortcuts with 3.0, and we'll take user input as suggestions, but until then, we'll leave it at the current setup, sorry. I see the problem, really, but we can't just change shortcuts for new users' sake and alienate existing users in the process. :)

But one small change to the behaviour when choosing documents to export that would be nice: I think it would be more useful If option-clicking checked all *selected* documents in the browser window instead of all documents visible. It is rarely an all or nothing situation when choosing documents to export.
I know of some other mac software that works like this (Bookends for example), so it should be possible.

Yeah, there should be something along those lines, though I'm unsure about how to implement it. See, I think a contextual menu would be better suited, so users can actually see what they're doing (mark for export or such), and it would also make sense on single doc selection or cmd-a and so on. Plus, option-click would be *all*, regardless of selection, so it's like win-win-win. ;)

Should make it into 2.1; not too far off...
    Thanks for the feedback.
