    Hello,

There appears to be a major bug in 2.0.5 (App Store version): Notes entered in fullscreen mode do not appear in non-fullscreen mode, and vice versa. It's as though there were two different sets of notes per document.

I've confirmed this bug on multiple documents. I noticed it in Notes + Excerpt mode. Incidentally, does this mode contain an entirely independent set of notes from Notes mode? In fullscreen mode, switching from Notes + Excerpt to Notes would make my document notes disappear, and they would reappear when switching back to Excerpt mode.

Finally, when switching back and forth between documents (bug tracking for this post), all of my notes for a particular document suddenly disappeared, both in fullscreen and non-fullscreen mode.

I saved the document (while I still had the notes), quit 2.0.5 and loaded 2.0.4, and the notes are not there.

    Hope this helps,

    Albert

I just discovered, upon reopening Ulysses (2.0.5), that my notes from one document somehow got moved to another in the same project. (I had to copy and paste them back to the original document one by one, as there doesn't seem to be a way to move notes among documents.) Therefore they weren't deleted, although my other observations above still hold. I hope this bug can be fixed soon.

Hm... I can not reproduce this here, at least not in the way you describe.
First off: Are you talking about Fullscreen mode or Console mode?

Now, what I *can* see, is that the notes window in Console mode has a (pretty serious) display bug with empty documents, or rather documents with empty notes. It somehow displays notes from another open document instead of none at all. If you edit these notes, they will show up in the document associated with *these* notes, and not in the document you were editing. Maybe this is what happend in your case?

    We'll fix this with 2.1, I think.

Sorry, I do mean Console mode. What you describe must be what happened. Yes, this is a very serious bug... please do fix it ASAP!
