1. WebDAV support would be a nice option for syncing, as would other "cloud storage" options like Google Docs (which I know you've said you're considering) and Box.net. This would allow some of us to sync documents to servers entirely under our own control.
2. It would be nice if syncing configurations could be scoped to individual stacks (or possibly groups of stacks). Right now it seems like you can only configure a single DropBox endpoint, and all your stacks sync there. If you have access to multiple such accounts (for, say, work, or because you're sharing your iPad with a spouse) it would allow different docs to sync to different locations and, particularly if linked to WebDAV support, would make some things a bit more flexible.
Just random ideas. Even if nothing changes, this is a wonderful app, and I use it almost every day! Thanks!
WebDAV might even be easier to implement than Google Docs. We're looking into it. As we have some plans for improving the syncing features and are constantly evaluating the feedback we get, being able to sync to different accounts might become possible in the future. I've added it to our list :)
Oh, WebDAV is rather easy, as we're alteady supporting MobileMe's iDisk. However, having multiple different WebDAV settings is not something we'd like to allow, so... dunno. Maybe limit it to one or two WebDAV servers.
