Okay, so I sync my Ulysses projects via Dropbox and, touch wood, have not had any issues. Problem is I don't always have access to my Mac. If I browse the folder structure for the project I see each scene has its own folder and each folder has a variety of files in different formats: RTF, TXT

I'd really like to be able to edit one of these files - let's say there was a SYNC.TXT in addition to the other files. Any changes I made via generic text editor with access to Dropbox (Windows, iPad, iPhone etc...) would then be applied across the scene when I next logged into Ulysses.

I realise this is just brainstorming and probably not the most elegant solution. Any ideas around how to utilise the existing file/folder structure to open up to different platforms?

    Thanks
    Stuart

I wouldn't recommend editing any of the files in the package structure of Ulysses Projects by hand. While your suggestion may sound quite good, there are many structural problems that prevent it from being our top choice for possible future sync options. We'll still see what we can do in terms of sync and interoperability for future versions.
