General: Excalibur as spell checker?

    Hi, is it possible to use Excalibur (the LaTeX spellchecker) in tandem with Ulysses?
    I'm a long time sinner in spellchecking, always forget it, so I never really tried....
    right now I'm checking the tex-file, but then I have to change the Ulysses document by hand.

    As far as I understand Excalibur, it also should be able to spellcheck and edit the clipboard so you could always copy the text in the current Document, spellcheck it in Excalibur and paste it back in. Unfortunately, Excalibur does not seem to provide a current OS X Service and the WordServices mentioned in their manual do not seem to work any more.

    My ignorance stands exposed. I can simply use the built-in correction (perhaps that’s why Excalibur has not been updated for so long...)

    I thought you already tried that and still wanted to use Excalibur because it understands LaTeX syntax, but that's fine, too :)
