Filters aren't working on one particular project file. When I add them, they appear in the plist file, but they don't show up in groups and collections (even with all the hidden stuff selected to appear).

On an empty project file, they work fine. So I think it's a problem with that particular project.

Is there any way to basically start a project over from scratch but copy the data over (other than manually doing so)?

Possibly related, my saved templates no longer appear in the drop down list. However, for these it appears to be a problem with Ulysses itself rather than the project file. I use bzr for revision control, and even for versions with which I've used the templates, the templates do not appear. However, adding a new template does work. (Possibly they got dropped during an update conversion?)

I'm using 2.1.3.
