As per title, I'd like to be able to choose the style on a per stack basis. Goudy looks great, and is best for general notes, but sometimes fixed-width is more relevant, but I don't want to have to choose that globally.
We might in fact change that in the future, though we need to be careful about how far stack-individualization goes. Only font? Font and colors? Font size? Why only stacks and not pages (to differentiate between standard sheets and note sheets, maybe)? And so on...
True. Possibly anything in the "Look & Feel" section? I'm guessing there may already be some association in the code that may even make that more straight forward (than just font)?
I had thought about it being per page too, but figured keep it simpler, but yeah, there are benefits (and pitfalls) to that too.
Well, there's a lot more to that. See, you can move sheets between stacks. These would get… which color/font/setting again? The default for the new stack, or should they keep the default from the originating stack? Whatever we chose, you'd probably want to have a stack-wide "reset to default" option, and… so… on. ;)
So there's a lot to consider, and I honestly can't see us going much further than allowing font/color to be set on a per-stack basis. Settings, such as spell check and keyboard row, will most certainly remain global and accessible from the editor.
