    Is the quote icon broken, or do I misunderstand? The icon shows a closing smart quote, on the button left, and a opening smart quote upper right. When used, it creates just that, which looks like to commas to open, and a smart opening quote, to close. See blue.

    Hm. I think you're looking at german quotes. Thanks for the report, the quotes should be localized on frst use. Sorry for that.
