    Hello,
    I hope I didn't miss a very obvious solution to this problem, but I don't know how to deal with smart quotes properly in latex export.

    I use smart quotes in ulysses and use the proper export function for latex but if the starting quote comes after the start tag for an inline style it changes automatically to a closing quotation mark. how can I prevent this?
