Ulysses 2.0: How to: Export Notes as Text file?

    Hello,

    This maybe obvious, but I cannot find out how to do this. How do you export the notes attached to a document (in the Notes pane) as one text file? I cannot even select all to copy and past.

    Unfortunately, this is not easily possible. What you can do is to append notes to the document text in the RTF Export. Open open the Exporters, select "RTF Export", scroll down to the bottom and select "Insert notes" (if this checkbox is greyed out, deselect "Connections to notes" first). You can insert them at the beginning, at the end or after the heading. You can also set the formatting of the text. This functionality is also included in the PDF and the Word Format Export.

    Okay, too bad it is not that easy. I think I will have to keep notes in a seperate app because of this. Bummer, because I like the all in one design of Ulysses, having everything in front of me. But I also have to move my notes sometimes. If there were a select all function, then I could simply copy and paste.
