    I'm liking it a lot.
For some reason, the release candidate didn't want to auto-update though...

Congratulations. I think you've all done a wonderful job, with 2.0, the change of the website, the new forums, etc. I've been using the beta of 2.0 since the beginning, and I personally find it very intuitive how you've laid it all out now. I haven't gone through the screencasts and other tutorials, but whatever you do, make sure that you explain the document browser; I have now gotten it to work exactly how I want (to organize a thesis, with a "hierarchy"), but it took some trial and error.

    Congratulations, once again.

@emoKid: Thank you :) The auto update did not fire because it was not yet in there. We did not want to do it all at once, because this caused some problems back in the days.

@talazem: Thank you very much. The newest screencast (you should see it - it's soo good) is exactly about the Browser and all the filter stuff. You might still find some usefull information there. BTW: The screencasts are now also accessible from the manual.

    Indeed it looks great, congratulations!

I have rarely felt so happy about paying for an update ... I almost felt a bit guilty about paying the upgrade price after using Ulysses 1 for, what is it, six years? And receiving some rather significant free updates along the way.

Anyway, Ulysses 2 looks wonderful and works smoothly, and I wish you good luck with the reboot and everything!

(And yes, this board will take some getting used to... but I guess I'll learn with time).

    Take care, Niklas

It seems good, but on my Powerbook MacOS 10.5.7 does not start !!! I have got the splash screen with Loading GUI "caricamento interfaccia" in Italian, and nothing else ....
    Ulysses core is OK.

Hm weird. Can you open the error log (you can find it by opening Console.app, which is located in /Applications/Utilities after Ulysses crashed) and send it to us (support@the-soulmen.com)? We'll have a look and see what's going wrong.

Unfortunately, the Spanish localization could not be completed until the release, but we will supply it with a later update.

I mean if there is some interest in doing it, we will have a free license as reward. However, we are interested in log-term relationships and not every localization will be done for a paid upgrade...
